The 2016 World Tourism Forum Lucerne Talent Boost will be organised together with partner university Universidade de São Paulo on 14 April in São Paulo, where GES member Gabriele Kull will present her sustainable future.camp® project.
future.camp® is a living lab hotel, where adults and children learn to reduce their ecological footprint. Sustainability is taught as hip rather than hippie, involving all realms of modern life. The holiday camp is an exposition area for green technologies and a hub for game-changing solutions.
The Talent Boost is a platform fully dedicated to talent management and promotion. The aim is to show the relevance of a talent pipeline as one of the most important challenges in the future of the travel, tourism & hospitality industry. The event offers CEO’s, industry leaders, experts from the education sector and representatives from academia and government the opportunity to gather for a valuable and open exchange and to gain fresh insights on how to attract and retain young talents.
